Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment:

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment must be made before the start of the rental period.

Payments can be made via, credit/debit card.

Cancellation:

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event starts time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event starts time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is only available if at least 7 day’s notice is provided before the original hire date.

Clients are allowed one reschedule per booking.

To reschedule, clients must confirm a new date within the available schedule.

After one successful reschedule, no further rescheduling options will be available for the same booking.

Studio Use:

The studio is to be used solely for photography and related activities.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all equipment and props are used safely and properly.

Any damage to the studio or equipment caused by negligence or misuse will be billed to the client.

Cove & Paper Backdrops

Backdrops are inclusive with hires however there is a £10 per meter charge if you require the backdrop to

be rolled out on the floor & stood on.

Cove: £60 fresh painting fee - must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

Any foot marks or marks that require us to repaint after your session is £60 and will be billed to the client.

Insurance:

Clients are required to carry adequate liability insurance covering their activities in the studio.

The studio shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of the facilities.

Equipment Rental:

Rental of additional equipment (lights, backdrops, etc.) is subject to availability.

Clients are responsible for returning rented equipment in the same condition as received.

Any damage or loss will be billed to the client.

Security and Access:

Clients are responsible for securing the premises during their rental period.

Keys or access codes provided for entry must be returned at the end of the rental period.

Lost keys or codes may incur a replacement fee.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

Clients are expected to leave the studio in the same condition as found.

A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess or failure to properly clean up after use.

Additional Charges:

Overtime charges may apply for rentals exceeding the agreed-upon time.

Any additional services requested during the rental period may incur extra charges.

Code of Conduct:

Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally while on the premises.

Disruptive behaviour or activities deemed inappropriate by the studio management will not be tolerated.

Minors:

Clients must ensure that all minors under the age of 16 are always accompanied by a chaperone. Minors must have parent's or guardian’s permission

to be at our premises, and/or to be photographed or filmed as relevant.

Breakages, Losses and Damages

Clients are responsible for any breakages, losses or damages caused to the premises or equipment by the client, or any other person(s) during booking time.

All equipment used is at the risk of the client and Aara Creative Studios shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, expense, or any consequential loss arising

out of or in connection with; any damage to or loss of property by the client or third party; any breakdown, stoppage or failure of the facilities/equipment provided by Aara Creative Studios

Clients must check any equipment provided and must notify Aara Creative Studios at the time of supply if the equipment is damaged or if the condition of the equipment is not acceptable. The client is responsible for any breakages or damage if Aara Creative Studios was not notified at the time of supply.

By booking a rental with AARA Creative Studios, the client agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of any payments made.
