Photography Packages Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payments
Booking Fee: Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment must be made before the start of the rental period.
Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The booking fee is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a future session if rescheduled within 30 days.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once without incurring additional fees if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Further rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee of £25.
Studio Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Aara Creative Studios needs to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the booking fee.
Session Time and Conduct
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling at the photographer's discretion.
Session Conduct: Clients are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of all individuals during the session. Aara Creative Studios reserves the right to terminate the session without a refund if any participants engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior.
Hair and Makeup Services
Exclusion of Services: Our photography packages do not include hair styling or makeup services. Clients are encouraged to arrive with hair and makeup completed to their satisfaction.
Image Delivery and Selection
Image Selection: Following your session, you will receive an online gallery to view and select your images. The gallery will be available for 14 days.
Editing and Retouching: All selected images will be professionally edited and retouched. Requests for additional editing beyond the standard retouching may incur an additional fee.
Image Delivery: High-resolution digital images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2-3 weeks of your session. Physical prints and albums will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.
Usage Rights and Licensing
Client Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal use only. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from [Your Photo Studio Name].
Studio Usage: Aara Creative Studios reserves the right to use images from your session for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials. If you prefer your images not to be used in this manner, please notify us in writing prior to your session.
Copyright: All images remain the property of Aara Creative Studios and are protected by copyright law.
Liability and Indemnity
Liability: Aara Creative Studios is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the session. Clients assume full responsibility for themselves and their property during the session.
Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Photo Studio Name] against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the session.
Agreement
Acceptance of Terms: By booking a session with Aara Creative Studios , you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your session and forfeiture of any fees paid.
